A recipe for strawberry Margarita

In the direction of the beginning of Keep at Dwelling, my buddy Caroline put down a home made strawberry Margarita and I couldn't cease eager about it! It was candy, with out being too candy, and I knew I needed to attempt making one myself when strawberries got here into season.

Making strawberry syrup could be very easy, however there are a couple of strategies to do it. For my strawberry syrup, I introduced four cups and a couple of lbs of strawberries to a boil, then I simmered for 20 minutes. Subsequent, I eliminated and discarded the pale, colorless berries and added 2 cups of sugar to the pan, introduced it to a boil, after which simmered for five minutes. Caroline shared that she had executed this complete course of in a single step, so I’ve to attempt her methodology subsequent. I’ll maintain you posted on how it’s going.

My strawberry syrup was good, however not as candy as I needed it, so I ended up including a cup of sugar to the syrup, boiled once more, simmered for five minutes, after which I left it.
